Morris Hall, PLLC (MH), is a premiere estate planning law firm with 9 offices throughout Arizona. Our passion is to create long-lasting relationships with our clients by securing their family legacies now and in the future.
Our firm is looking to hire a full-time Estate Planning Paralegal to work out of our Carefree office. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of progressive estate planning experience and will be expected to manage a high-volume file load from start to finish. The right candidate will be highly organized, punctual, detail oriented, deadline driven, and possess a compassionate and professional demeanor. He/she will assist firm Partners and other attorneys in all aspects of the estate planning process. This is a fast-paced working environment that requires a superior level of knowledge, dependability, and tip-top organizational skills. The right candidate will not only possess these skills, but will possess a “can-do” and “will-do” mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of estate planning and advanced estate planning documents, including: trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, LLCs, ILITs, deeds, and other estate planning documents.
Meet with clients to sign estate planning documents and assemble estate planning portfolios.
Schedule attorney-client appointments.
Prepare and send attorney correspondence.
Requirements

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, with the ability to switch gears on a regular basis.
Be willing to periodically travel between our Phoenix metro offices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), email, and calendaring.
Must be coachable, down to earth, and professional!
Compensation DOE. A wage history, along with a wage requirement, is a required component of your cover letter and resume. Yes, this is a test! If you are considered for this position a background check (criminal and financial) will be conducted and a skills and personality assessment will be performed.
More information:
The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This is an hourly position.
