Healthcare Litigation Paralegal
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, and detail-oriented litigation paralegal to join our healthcare litigation team. Candidates should be critical thinkers with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants with prior experience in litigation are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be competitive and based on relevant experience.
Duties
Obtaining, organizing and summarizing medical records.
Creating case timelines and billing summaries.
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents.
Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance with legal standards and accuracy.
Proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to formatting standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
Coordinate project management tasks related to litigation timelines and deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a litigation paralegal.
Proficient in project management principles to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Maintain organized client files and documentation in accordance with firm policies.

Work Location: In-person with hybrid options
Salary Range: $52,000-$76,150 based on experience
Paralegals are eligible for a year-end bonus plan.
