Kemp, Schaeffer & Rowe (Columbus, Ohio) is seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation (business formation/transactions, real estate and/or secured transactions).  Ideal candidate is an independent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly to conclusion. Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to meet with clients and draft complaints, answers and discovery.  Strong research and drafting skills required. Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
