Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience required
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Strong experience with discovery, e-filing, calendaring, and docket control
- Familiarity with deposition and mediation preparation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working fully onsite in an office environment

- Draft and respond to discovery requests and manage written responses
- Handle e-filing in state and applicable courts
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and docket control orders for litigation matters
- Coordinate hearings, court filings, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and vendors
- Assist in deposition and mediation preparation, including organizing exhibits and logistics
- Prepare trial notebooks and support attorneys in all phases of case management and trial preparation
