Description

Responsible for working on plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial, including regular client contact; obtaining medical records, bills and liens; answering discovery; and assisting with settlement demands with lawyer oversight. Also responsible for answering potential new client calls and assisting with other calls.

Requirements

At least 3 years plaintiff PI experience and proficiency with Microsoft and Outlook. Willing to learn Bighand for dictation and use of AI.
