Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management and preparation.
Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
Maintain and organize client files and case records.
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and other case-related events.
Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents.
Assist with trial preparation and document production.
Qualifications:
Prior paralegal experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
