Description
Established Montgomery County Law Firm seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal for
an in-person position in our Norristown oice. Candidates must have at least two years of
Pennsylvania family law experience and be able to work independently in a busy practice
involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, and PFAs. Our family law
practice included matters primarily in Montgomery County, as well as the surrounding
Counties.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
Preparing and electronically filing pleadings and documents with court e-file system
Preparing and responding to discovery, obtaining, and reviewing client records
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel
Maintaining case files, deadlines, preparing exhibits and materials for court
Scheduling hearings, conferences and other court proceedings
Assisting attorneys with preparation for hearings, conferences and trials
Qualifications:
2+ years Family Law experience
Ability to work independently, and with others
Strong organizational skills
Written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with CLIO software preferred, but not required
