Description
Are you an experienced litigation paralegal interested in bringing your skills into an in-house legal environment? Latitude is partnering with a corporate legal department seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its Disputes team with litigation, discovery, matter management, and day-to-day legal operations. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented paralegal who can independently manage competing priorities, coordinate litigation-related projects, and work collaboratively with attorneys and business teams in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of paralegal or comparable litigation support experience, along with an associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on litigation and discovery experience, including managing document collection and production, litigation holds, subpoenas, service of process, case files, and other dispute-related documentation.
- Strong drafting and case-management skills, with experience preparing correspondence, discovery responses, affidavits/declarations, settlement-related documents, reports, and other litigation materials.
- Demonstrated organizational and project-management ability, including managing deadlines, calendaring, invoicing, reporting, multiple active matters, and administrative needs while adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong communication, analytical, and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business stakeholders, Finance, and other internal teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
