- Paralegal (Litigation & Transaction Support)
Description
Who We Are
Boesen & Snow Law isn’t your traditional law firm. We’re an entrepreneurial, health-focused firm with a growing national reputation, built by attorneys and pharmacists who saw a gap in how healthcare and pharmacy businesses were being represented and decided to build something better. Our clients operate in some of the most heavily regulated industries in the country, and our job is to help them navigate that complexity so they can run successful, compliant businesses. We work closely together on document-intensive, detail-driven cases, and we’re looking to grow our team with people who want real ownership over meaningful work.
The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Health & Life Sciences Paralegal to support our attorneys across both litigation and transactional matters, from regulatory disputes and administrative hearings to healthcare business transactions and licensing filings. You’ll work directly on real casework from the start, in a fast-paced practice where the work you do genuinely shapes outcomes for the healthcare providers and businesses we represent. It’s the kind of role you can grow into and build a career around, not just a job.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws, licensing board procedures, and administrative rules, flagging relevant changes as they arise
- Draft litigation documents, transactional agreements, correspondence, memos, and case summaries for attorney review
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, licensing applications, and transaction closing documents
- Organize and maintain case and matter files, and track deadlines, board responses, and submissions
- Support attorneys in managing document-intensive litigation and transaction workflows and calendaring
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally spanning litigation, transactional, or healthcare regulatory work
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and an attorney’s calendar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Schedule
This is an in-person, full-time exempt role based in our Scottsdale office, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional work outside standard hours or on weekends may be required to meet filing deadlines.
Compensation
$75,000–$105,000 DOE, plus monthly bonuses based on meeting billable hour targets.
Perks & Benefits
- 401(k) with 5% match
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including a fully employer-paid premium medical option at every coverage tier
- Health savings account
- Life insurance
- Discretionary paid time off
- 8 paid holidays annually
