FAMILY LAW SENIOR LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Allegheny, Butler and Surrounding Counties
Established litigation practice located in Gibsonia concentrating in family law seeks an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Paralegal to assist with active domestic relations litigation matters in Allegheny and Butler as well as surrounding counties.
The ideal candidate must be capable of managing complex and high-conflict family law matters with professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Qualifications:
Prior family law litigation experience strongly preferred
Experience with Allegheny, Butler and surrounding counties preferred
Strong Microsoft Word, PDF editing, and document management skills as well as law firm management software (MyCase preferred) required
Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously
Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail required.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Expected compensation range starting at $60,000 annually or hourly equivalent for qualified candidates based upon experience.
Benefits and scheduling flexibility negotiable based upon experience.
Limited hybrid flexibility may be available for experienced candidates.

Requirements
Responsibilities Include:
Drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
Managing litigation deadlines, scheduling, and court filings
Organizing and reviewing financial records, tax returns, business records, and discovery materials
Assisting with support calculations and equitable distribution matters
Preparing exhibits, hearing binders, and trial materials
Electronic filing in Allegheny County and surrounding counties
Communicating with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and experts
Managing active case files and maintaining litigation calendars
Assisting with contempt, enforcement, and emergency proceedings
