Description
LHH is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Paralegal to support our law firm client's team in Milwaukee, WI.What You'll Do
- Assist attorneys with the administration of trusts and estates, including preparing legal documents, tracking deadlines, and organizing casematerials.
- Support all phases of estate administration, including gathering asset information, preparing filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Conduct research, draft correspondence, and coordinate with financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the administration process.
- Provide support on related matters such as real property documentation, entity record maintenance, and general transactional tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, manage files, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow for assigned matters.
- A paralegal with a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience).
- Bring several years of relevant experience working in trusts and estates or related legal practice areas.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communicator capable of working professionally with clients, attorneys, and outside parties.
- Comfortable using legal technology, document management systems, and other software to support efficient legal practice.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
